WW Barb - Based on the Cliptis Build

The  Barbarian is insanely strong and fast, this will help you get all the correct gear. 
This filter filters out each ITEM TYPE separately so you can customize to your needs. Default accounts for 3+ affixes from each variant, tighten this for your specific variant. With strong item customization options in S13 I intentionally included rare+ 
For the Affixes on your Charms you will be looking for Ranks to Core/Martial Skills on 2 pieces and Maximum Resources on 3 pieces. Your Seal any +Damage(x) will be your best option.
Conditions also set for the Sescheron Fury Set + the Tuckshelm of joritz ancestral charm and Endurant Faith charm for endgame Selig varient
This build will be running on a Dual wield set up until you get Selig. Filter for one-handed weapons exclude flail and mace (change this if running different build/variant), You will need one One-handed Axe and one One-handed Sword. This will be selected for WHIRLWIND. This will allow you to take advantage of the Two-handed Polearm expertise. We are running Dual-wield for Ambidextrous and a One-handed Axe for Cleaver in the paragon board which is why we run this set up.
For the Selig variant, your Arsenal selection will be Two-handed Mace. 
This build is not strict by default, edit the final two rules to SHOW ALL/HIDE ALL different tiers easily. 
If  you delete the conditions on the HIDE ALL rule, EVERYTHING not explicitly listed above will be hidden (strict)
